In response to this global trend, tertiary institutions in Nigeria have adopted electronic administration (E-administration) in the management of their affairs. This study therefore examines electronic administration in Adekunle Ajasin University. Al case study research was adopted with sampling size of three hundred and fifty (350) respondents, Frequency and simple percentage method was used to analyze and interpret the data while statistical package for the social science (SPSS) was used to test the hypotheses. The finding reveals that the adoption of e- administration has improved not only effectively, efficiency and accuracy in service delivery, but has saved cost and time despite the challenges of inadequate fund, epileptic power supply and internet hiccups. The study concludes that e-administration in AAUA has greatly impacted positively on the efficiency and effectiveness of services delivery.
